OUR HISTORY
Over 75 years ago, Winston “Winky” Moore founded Moore’s Well Drilling with a vision of providing dependable water services to his community. His strong work ethic and commitment to quality defined the business, and he continued working faithfully until the age of 82.
That same dedication continues today through the leadership of his family and the legacy passed down through generations.
Family Leadership & Legacy
Mary Sue Moore, now President, has been a cornerstone of the company for over 40 years, successfully managing operations and supporting both office and field work when needed.
Ronald Moore, who dedicated his whole life to well drilling and water treatment, played a vital role in continuing his father’s legacy. Beginning at a young age working alongside Winston, Ron helped grow the company into what it is today. His dedication, knowledge, and commitment to customers continue to shape the values of Moore’s Well Drilling.
Today, the next generation proudly carries that legacy forward:
Tabatha (Tabby) Westberry – Business Manager & Licensed Water Well Contractor
Chris Westberry – Operations Manager
Katie Moore – Office Manager
Over the years, many family members have contributed to the business—helping carry forward Winston Moore’s vision of a strong, family-run company built on faith, trust, service, and community.
