All State of Florida Homeowners need to be aware of this new rule that is under construction by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. 

This rule is threatening to not allow home/landowners the right to drill an irrigation well on their property.  There are many aspects to this rule, it is also threatening the water well construction industry as we know it. There are so many unknowns at this time but we know that as the rule stands it is very much a threat to our livelyhood. For more information please read over the rule at the link above.
